Schedule of Offerings
Classes (Eastern Standard Time):
- Thursdays, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Gentle Yoga
- Fridays, 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM - Yoga Nidra
- Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM - Breathwork
- Sundays, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Meditation
Cleanses (Annually):
- Quarter 1: January 1 to January 15
- Quarter 2: April 1 to April 15
- Quarter 3: July 1 to July 15
- Quarter 4: October 1 to October 15
