Who am I as a man? This question is “at issue” for us as men. If we do not confront it, accept it and engage in creating our answer to it we will end up living inauthentically. Grace enters here not as an answer to the question, but as the space in which the question can be asked without collapse of sense-of-self or self-condemnation. Join us for an inquiry into the masculine, facilitated by Jeff Wilmore and members of the Shepherd U Team, unfolding within the sacred listening of the masculine.

A Shepherded Excursion to Costa Rica

Program Beginning November, 2026 [Retreat Dates: November 19 to November 23]

This intimate experience offers participants the opportunity to spend three days with Brad & Sarah of La Matriztica in Playa Negra, Costa Rica, including two evenings of ceremonial work with Grandmother Medicine in their home and retreat space. Shepherd U participants stay off-site in a private villa, enjoying chef-prepared meals, therapeutic wellness treatments, and intimate inquiry conversations, guided by a member of our team. 

This offering is intentionally small and one or two spots, only, remain.

'Opening a World of Grace' Forest Medicine Immersion at Ater Tumti

Work with Robyn Birdsong

Shepherd U has had the deep privilege of working very closely over many interations with Robyn Birdsong, a master steward of Grandmother Medicine. Robyn's work with Shepherd U spans sacred ceremonial contexts as well as practitical somatic application through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Continuum Movement, Process Oriented Psychology, Somatic Inquiry, Parts Work, Attachment and Developmental Healing Work, and Authentic Relating.
