An intimate experience offering the chance to spend several days with Brad & Sarah of La Matriztica in Playa Negra, Costa Rica. Participants stay off-site in a private residence with chef-prepared meals, therapeutic wellness treatments, and quiet hours of contemplation guided by our team — deliberately small, unhurried, and deeply held.
