The Shepherd U Flagship · 12-Week Immersion
Opening a World of Grace
A twelve-week arc of preparation, sacred immersion, and integration — a sacred season of renewal for those ready to live and lead from wholeness.
The Invitation
What unfolds within the living mystery of Grace?
Once we have learned to stand in our own sovereignty, we are called to explore how that freedom moves in relationship — with one another, with nature, and through our unique contributions in this life. Here, the field of community becomes the ground where Grace takes form.
Grace is a mystery known across cultures: a quality of divine mercy, of elegance, kindness, and forgiveness. Through Grace, we soften into truth, releasing what confines us, opening to the depth of our own experience. It moves with our sincere practice — never apart from effort, yet always beyond control.
Through ritual, sacrament, and discovery, participants enter into deep connection together — cultivating a community of Grace where healing, clarity, and renewal arise as one movement of the heart.
A new and original exploration threads through the work: Integrity in the context of Grace — a dedicated inquiry into what it means to live and lead from wholeness, and how Grace transforms our relationship with accountability, truth, and one another.
The Program in Time
The journey, from first call to completion
The on-site immersion is the heart of the experience — but the container opens before you arrive and closes long after you leave. This is the full twelve-week arc.
1:1 Pre-Program Orientation
Each participant meets individually with a Shepherd U guide. This conversation establishes a personal foundation — surfacing what each person is carrying, what they are hoping for, and how to prepare for the week ahead.
2-Call Group Preparation Series
Two group calls bring participants into relationship with one another before the immersion begins — building the field of safety and intention that allows the deeper work to move quickly once on-site.
Optional remote practices — gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation — support each participant’s deepening between calls.
The Immersion Week
Six days of sacred ceremony, somatic work, medicine, and community. The threshold crossing — the full arc from descent to integration, held within a container of Grace.
4-Call Group Integration Series
Four group calls over the weeks following the immersion. Integration asks the most of us — particularly in discipline. These calls ensure that what opened on-site does not close in the press of ordinary life; the group holds one another accountable to the new. Each participant also receives a 1:1 3-Session Parts Work Series — individual depth work that meets each person where they are.
Optional remote practices — weekly gentle yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, and meditation through the Shepherd U Connect membership — support continued integration.
1:1 Future of Grace Call
Each participant closes the container in a final individual call — a conversation about what was found, what was left behind, and what is now possible. The program completes, and life, renewed, continues.

The On-Site Experience
Six days of ceremony, somatic work, and community
Every element of the on-site week is woven into a single, seamless container. Nothing is added on — the week is designed as one uninterrupted arc from descent to integration.
Where We Gather
Sacred places, held with reverence
We work from some of the most beautiful and sacred places in the world — private sanctuaries chosen for their power to hold deep transformation in comfort, beauty, and seclusion.

Kootenay Lake · Kaslo, British Columbia
The Sentinel
A rare sanctuary on the shores of Kootenay Lake — part luxury retreat, part living cathedral. Cradled by old-growth forest and mountain water, its private grounds hold the entire community in seclusion.
- Fully private grounds for total immersion
- Hot tub, dry-heat sauna, and lake cold plunge
- On-site temezcal with a dedicated ceremony guide
- Organic cuisine prepared fresh on-site

Guanacaste Peninsula · Costa Rica
Ater Tumti
Set in the dry tropical forest of the Guanacaste Peninsula, Ater Tumti is a place of warmth and wide horizons. An international threshold-crossing where the landscape itself carries a sacred character.
- Infinity pool overlooking the forested hills
- Warm, open-air architecture and natural textures
- A distinct landscape of its own quiet power
- A true sense of departure and arrival
Each immersion is hosted at a single private venue, chosen with the group in mind so the entire community can gather as one.
The Threshold
A world of Grace is waiting to open.
Opening a World of Grace is offered to private cohorts and organizations ready to move through this journey together. If it calls to you, we would be honored to begin the conversation.
